You can find videos on different fitness levels, from high impact to low impact, from stretching to focuses strength work. The communal goal is to work on a healthy body and to enjoy exercise. The energy of our enthusiastic instructors will help you achieve this goal!
 
We offer Warming-up/LOW-impact, HIGH-impact, Strength: LOW-resistance, Strength: HIGH-resistance, Stretching, Pilates/Yoga
 
     
How to work:
 
1. Choose desired type and level of workout,
2. The videos are average 3 minutes,
3. From TOP to BOTTOM you can make a complete workout,
4. Choose Pilates/Yoga separately.
