Fitness
During the classes we do specific exercises that help you improve and maintain your daily functionality. We will train all aspects of exercise; strength, endurance, balance and coordination. Conventional equipment is used, which requires only a strength effort from you.
We also use Kinesis equipment, loose weights, balance boards and other training equipment. When using these, the body is in charge of the movement and besides strength, coordination, joint effort of the muscles and joints, a proper body posture and balance is required. This combination makes for a complete training and you will soon experience it all getting 'easier'!
Maximum number of participants in a group is 8. The class hours are stated at the schedule-icon.
